Apple Spice Custard Cake

- 1 (18 1/2 oz.) spice cake mix
- 2 medium all-purpose apples, pared and finely chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, room temperature
- 1/4 c. lemon juice, bottled
- ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan. Prepare cake mix as package directs, stir in apples.

3Pour in baking dish and bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. In medium bowl, combine sweetened milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven and spread cream mixture over top.

4Return to oven and bake 10 minutes or until set.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon; cool.

6Refrigerate leftovers.
