  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 1/2 cups Cashews
  • 10 ounces, weight Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 2 whole Apples, Cored And Chopped (granny Smith Suggested)
  • 1/4 cups Golden Raisins
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Celery Seed

Directions

    Combine salad dressing ingredients and mix until emulsified. Putting it all in a mason jar and shaking it is an easy way to do this.

    Toast the cashews in the oven at 350 F for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

    In a serving bowl combine spinach, apples, cashews and raisins. Drizzle dressing over the top and mix to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper.
