- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1/2 cups Cashews
- 10 ounces, weight Fresh Baby Spinach
- 2 whole Apples, Cored And Chopped (granny Smith Suggested)
- 1/4 cups Golden Raisins
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Celery Seed
Directions

1Combine salad dressing ingredients and mix until emulsified. Putting it all in a mason jar and shaking it is an easy way to do this.

2Toast the cashews in the oven at 350 F for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

3In a serving bowl combine spinach, apples, cashews and raisins. Drizzle dressing over the top and mix to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper.
