- 6 apples (2 lb.), peeled and sliced into eighths
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter

1Grease sides and bottom of 8 x 12-inch pan.

3Stir together the white sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.

4Stir together the brown sugar and flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
