  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 5 apples, peeled and sliced thick
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend eggs, sugar and oil with fork; add dry ingredients and blend.

    Add apples and nuts, mix well.

    Dough will be stiff.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350° for 1 hour.
