  • 4 to 6 large red Delicious apples, unpeeled
  • 4 to 6 large Granny Smith apples, unpeeled
  • 2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice (about)
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • ground cinnamon

    Fill a bowl 3/4 full with pineapple juice.

    Quarter, then core each apple.

    Cut each apple slice in half (each apple will make 8 apple slices).

    Drop apple slices in pineapple juice and let soak while slicing the next apple.

    Swish juice over apples, then let drain on paper towels.
