- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. lard
- cold water
- 6 apples, peeled and cored
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and lard; add cold water to make a soft dough.

2Divide into 6 sections and roll out. Place apples on dough.

3Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.

4Fold dough over and crimp edges.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
