- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon or 3 cubes
- 3/4 to 1 c. apple juice
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 c. chopped apples
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In large skillet cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add water and bouillon.

2Cook until dissolved.

3In large bowl combine remaining ingredients.

4Add celery mixture.

5Mix well. Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting.

6Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until hot.
