- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
Directions

1Chop both types of chocolate and place in separate bowls.

2Partially melt chocolates over hot water.

3Remove from heat and continue stirring until completely melted.

4Stir 1/2 the apricots into each chocolate.

5Drop alternate spoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheet.

6Using the end of a knife, draw the white and dark chocolate together to give a marbled effect.

7Chill until firm.

8Break into pieces.
