- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups flour
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 13 cups coconut
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint apricot jam
Directions

1Mix margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs and mix in dry ingredients.

3Finally mix in coconut, nuts, and vanilla.

4Grease a 9 by 13 pan.

5Spread 2/3 of mixture in bottom of pan pressing down evenly.

6Spread jam on top and crumble remaining mixture on top.

7Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
