  • 34 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups flour
  • 14 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 13 cups coconut
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pint apricot jam

Directions

    Mix margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs and mix in dry ingredients.

    Finally mix in coconut, nuts, and vanilla.

    Grease a 9 by 13 pan.

    Spread 2/3 of mixture in bottom of pan pressing down evenly.

    Spread jam on top and crumble remaining mixture on top.

    Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
