- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 3/4 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves *
Directions

1Stir dry ingredients.

2Stir in oats and sugar.

3Cut in butter until crumbly.

4Pat 2/3 of crumbs into an 11 x 7-inch pan.

5Spread with preserves.

6Top with crumbs.

7Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Cool.

8Makes 2 1/2 dozen bars.
