- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. apricot preserves
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients.

2Sift in oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.

3Pat 2/3 of crumbs into a 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan.

4Spread with preserves.

5Top with remaining crumbs. Bake about 35 minutes at 375°.

6Cool and cut into bars.

7Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
