- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 (18 oz.) apricot preserves
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Mix together until grainy the flour, sugar, salt, soda and margarine.

2Add coconut and pecans.

3Press 1/4 of mixture into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Add preserves, spooning carefully over all the layer of flour mixture.

5Then add remainder of flour mixture to cover preserves.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
