- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 large jar apricot preserves
- coconut
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix together the margarine, sour cream and flour.

2Divide into 4 parts and chill until firm.

3Roll each part out separately. Spread with preserves, coconut and pecans.

4Roll up into a roll and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Slice while still hot, but not as soon as you take them out of the oven.

6Approximately 15 minutes cooling time needed.
