- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 c. dried apricots
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and 1 egg with orange flavoring and rind and set aside.

2Cover apricots in warm water and soak for 30 minutes.

3Drain apricots and cut them in small pieces.
