- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 small jars baby food apricots
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Blend sugar, oil and eggs.

2Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

3Add to oil mixture alternately with baby food apricots. Fold in pecans.

4Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours (start in cold oven) at 325°.

5While cake is warm, drizzle Apricot Glaze on it.
