  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • lemon rind, grated
  • 2 cans apricots

Directions

    Cream the butter, sugar and eggs.

    Pour into a single round, greased cake pan.

    Drain and slice apricots; pour on center of cake batter.
