  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box orange gelatin
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Mazola oil
  • 3/4 c. apricot nectar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients for 2 minutes.

    (Do not add water to gelatin.)

    Pour into greased and floured angel food cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

    Let cool in pan, right side up, for 25 minutes.

    Glaze immediately after removing cake from pan.
