  • 1 (10 to 12 lb.) fully cooked whole ham
  • 1/3 c. dry mustard
  • 1 c. apricot jam
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar (light)
  • 50 whole cloves
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans sliced pineapple, drained

Directions

    Remove skin and fat.

    Place ham on rack in pan.

    Combine mustard and jam; spread on ham.

    Pat brown sugar over jam.

    Insert cloves in diamond pattern.

    Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325°.

    Baste every 20 minutes.
