- 1 (10 to 12 lb.) fully cooked whole ham
- 1/3 c. dry mustard
- 1 c. apricot jam
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar (light)
- 50 whole cloves
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans sliced pineapple, drained
Directions

1Remove skin and fat.

2Place ham on rack in pan.

3Combine mustard and jam; spread on ham.

4Pat brown sugar over jam.

5Insert cloves in diamond pattern.

6Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325°.

7Baste every 20 minutes.
