- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
- 1 junior size jar strained apricot baby food
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk, chilled
Directions

1Heat all ingredients until almost boiling.

2Cool and chill until syrupy but not jelled.

3Whip chilled evaporated milk in large mixer bowl.

4Then on slow speed, add syrupy mixture.

5Mix well.

6Pour into pan or bowl.

7Chill.
