- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box lemon jello
- 1 c. apricot nectar
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Mix cake mix, jello, nectar, oil, eggs and extract together. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

2Bake 1 hour at 325°. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove to a plate.

3While cake is warm, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until well blended.

4Pour over warm cake.

5Cool completely before serving.
