  • 1 box lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix cake mix, apricot nectar, oil, sugar and eggs on low speed until well blended, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in a 350° oven until done.

    Remove from oven; let cool slightly, then remove from pan.
