- 1 box lemon cake mix with pudding
- 1 c. apricot nectar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix cake mix, apricot nectar, oil, sugar and eggs on low speed until well blended, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in a 350° oven until done.

3Remove from oven; let cool slightly, then remove from pan.
