  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 small jar apricots (baby food)

Directions

    Mix flour, soda, sugar and cinnamon.

    Add oil and buttermilk; mix well.

    Stir in eggs, nuts and apricots.
