- 3 eggs
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Mix ingredients well and make 3 balls of dough.

2Wrap in wax paper overnight.

3Next day roll out dough with a little flour and sugar.

4Cut out about 3-inch squares and slit each corner.

5Place 1/2 teaspoon apricots in center and fold over to center.

6Bake at about 325° until done.
