Arabian Pork Chops

- 6 thick boneless pork chops
- 2 large onions
- 4 good size green peppers
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 large tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown chops on both sides.

2Place in square pan (9 x 12-inch). On each chop, place a slice of onion, a slice of tomato and a slice of green pepper (the pepper should be cut in half to form a cup). Fill each pepper cup with cooked rice.

3Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350° oven for about 1 1/2 hours.

4Add 1 cup water before covering with foil and putting in to bake.
