  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier
  • champagne, to complete

    Put the lump of brown sugar in an iced flute of champagne.

    Pour Angostura, in a way that the sugar get wet.

    Add Grand Marnier and stir quickly.

    Complete with champagne and garnish with a zest of orange.
