- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 25 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pkg. Shake 'n Bake (pork), mixed with bread crumbs
Directions

1Clean jalapeno peppers; remove seeds and drain.

2Mix sausage, Cheddar cheese and Bisquick.

3Stuff peppers with small sliver of Monterey Jack cheese; wrap with sausage mix.

4Dip in beaten eggs; roll in Shake 'n Bake mixture.

5Bake at 300° for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be frozen and used later, also.

6Yields 25 peppers. Delicious.
