- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (for stuffing)
- 1 pkg. (2 envelopes) Shake N Bake Pork
- 1/2 lb. pan hot sausage
- 15 small jalapeno peppers
- 2 eggs, well beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Mix together thoroughly grated cheese, sausage, and Bisquick. Mixture will be very stiff and should be kneaded well.

2Set aside. Slit and seed the peppers.

3If you prefer mild peppers, rinse seeded peppers under running water thoroughly.

4Stuff each pepper with a sliver of cheese.

5Pinch the pepper closed around the cheese.
