Ingredients

  • 2 -3 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 large yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans chili beans (Brooks-hot)
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 (1 3/4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix (French's)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Brown ground chuck with onions until completely brown and cooked.

    Stir well and simmer for about 20-30 minutes until heated through.
