  • 4 eggs
  • 12 soda crackers, crushed (squares)
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 jars marinated artichokes
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Saute artichokes in their oil with onions, parsley and garlic. Cool.

    Beat eggs with fork.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Add crackers and cheese.

    Add artichokes mixture; bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

    Set 10 minutes before cutting (7 x 10-inch).
