  • 3 cans artichoke hearts (8 1/2 to 14 1/2 oz.), drained
  • 1 lb. bulk hot sausage
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • salt, red pepper, Accent and dried parsley

Directions

    Fry sausage and onion, making sure sausage is well broken up. Drain grease.

    Add artichoke hearts that are well drained and mashed.

    Add cheese and bread crumbs.

    Stir well and cook a few minutes.

    Cool slightly and then add eggs, one at a time, and stir thoroughly after each.

    Cook again for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
