- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 large green onions, chopped
- 6 single soda crackers, mashed
- dash of Tabasco
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix all together well; turn into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes.
