  • 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 large green onions, chopped
  • 6 single soda crackers, mashed
  • dash of Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all together well; turn into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes.

    Cut and serve either warm or cold.
