  • 1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • parsley to taste
  • 1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs

Directions
