  • 2 cans water packed artichoke hearts, drained well and diced
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, diced
  • 1 green or red pepper, diced
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

    Mix all ingredients.

    Heat in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir and pour into crock-pot, chafing dish or fondue pot.
