- 2 cans water packed artichoke hearts, drained well and diced
- 1 can whole tomatoes, diced
- 1 green or red pepper, diced
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

2Heat in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir and pour into crock-pot, chafing dish or fondue pot.
