  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Chop artichoke hearts in small pieces.

    Mix well with cheese and mayonnaise.

    Place in a small ovenproof crock or dish and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
