  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Drain artichokes and cut in small pieces.

    Add mayonnaise and cheese.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Put mixture into ovenproof dish and heat in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Serve hot with crackers.

    You may substitute 8 ounce package cream cheese for mayonnaise.
