- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Drain artichokes and cut in small pieces.

2Add mayonnaise and cheese.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Put mixture into ovenproof dish and heat in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

5Serve hot with crackers.

6You may substitute 8 ounce package cream cheese for mayonnaise.
