- 1 8 1/2oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise (reduced calorie will work)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of tabasco sauce, garlic powder & paprika
Directions

1Mash drained artichokes with fork, or use food processor with plastic blade.

2Add cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.

3Add lemon juice, tabasco and garlic powder.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Put into shallow casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325°.

6Serve with bread sticks, chips or crackers.

7Serves 12.
