- 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- Squirt lemon juice
- Light dash garlic
- 1 small can chopped green chile peppers, drained, optional
Directions

1Stir all ingredients in large glass bowl.

2Dump into Pam coated casserole dish.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

4Serve with butter and thinly sliced toast made from French bread or with bagel chips.

5If cooked in crock pot, cook on high for one hour.
