  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • squirt of Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • red pepper or some kind of hot pepper

    Drain artichoke hearts and mince or chop finely; mix all ingredients together and cook for 30 minutes at 350°.
