- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 can Durkee onion rings

1Cut up artichokes.

2Mix in large bowl all ingredients.

3Spray casserole dish with Pam.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until brown and bubbly.

5Sprinkle with slivered almonds, if desired. Serve with chips or small bread rounds.
