  • 2 cans artichokes
  • 1 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 can Durkee onion rings

Directions

    Cut up artichokes.

    Mix in large bowl all ingredients.

    Spray casserole dish with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until brown and bubbly.

    Sprinkle with slivered almonds, if desired. Serve with chips or small bread rounds.
