  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped (not marinated)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; pat into pie pan or quiche pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until lightly brown.
