- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Directions

1Drain artichokes and break into small pieces.

2Mix with rest of ingredients and put into pie plate or quiche dish.

3Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve warm with crackers.
