Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan

Directions

    Drain artichokes and break into small pieces.

    Mix with rest of ingredients and put into pie plate or quiche dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve warm with crackers.
