  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 to 5 shakes garlic powder

Directions

    Drain and squeeze excess water from artichoke hearts.

    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Serve with crackers or mini rye loaf.
