Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, water packed, drained and chopped
  • 1 can grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh grated works best)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • garlic salt or powder to taste or blend in real pressed garlic

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Place in shallow casserole or quiche pan.

    Bake at 300° to 350° until brown on top.

    Serve as dip with Keebler rounds or rye deli bread.
