- 1 can artichoke hearts, water packed, drained and chopped
- 1 can grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh grated works best)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- garlic salt or powder to taste or blend in real pressed garlic
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Place in shallow casserole or quiche pan.

3Bake at 300° to 350° until brown on top.

4Serve as dip with Keebler rounds or rye deli bread.
