  • 3 cans artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • dried onion flakes to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Chop artichokes; add mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings.

    Mix well and bake in 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Serve with crackers.
