  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken (optional)

Directions

    Drain and chop artichokes.

    Combine artichokes with mayonnaise, cheese and Tabasco sauce.

    Spread in 9-inch pie plate.

    Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour to brown.

    Broil a few minutes, if desired, after the 1/2 hour.
