- 1 (No. 2) can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- grated onion
- salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
Directions

1Drain artichoke hearts and place in a mixing bowl. Mash thoroughly with a fork. Add cheese and mayonnaise, mixing well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and grated onion. Bake in a medium 350° oven until heated through. Serve with crackers.
