- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
Directions

1In an ovenproof bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.

2Drain and chop the artichoke hearts and add to the mixture.

3Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
