  • 2 Tsp butter
  • 1/3C scallions
  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 7oz jar sweet peppers
  • 1C mayanaise
  • 1C + 2Tbs grated parmesan cheese
  • Parsley

Directions

    -melt scallions in butter until soft - remove from heat
  2. 2
    -Add 1 Cup parmesan and all other ingredients together in a bowl. Cut down veggies if they are too big.

    -Add scallions

    -Top with 2Tbs grated parm and parsley
  5. 5
    -Bake at 350 for 20 min or until bubbling.
