- 2 Tsp butter
- 1/3C scallions
- 1 can artichokes
- 1 7oz jar sweet peppers
- 1C mayanaise
- 1C + 2Tbs grated parmesan cheese
- Parsley
Directions

1-melt scallions in butter until soft - remove from heat

2-Add 1 Cup parmesan and all other ingredients together in a bowl. Cut down veggies if they are too big.

3-Add scallions
-
4-Top with 2Tbs grated parm and parsley

5-Bake at 350 for 20 min or until bubbling.
