  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup grated or shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 or 2 fresh jalapenos
  • Garlic salt, seasoned salt or Creole seasoning.

    Drain & Finely chop artichoke hearts. Finely chop jalapenos. Thaw & drain spinach. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese. Add seasoning to taste.
