- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup grated or shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Frozen chopped spinach
- 1 or 2 fresh jalapenos
- Garlic salt, seasoned salt or Creole seasoning.
Directions

1Drain & Finely chop artichoke hearts. Finely chop jalapenos. Thaw & drain spinach. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese. Add seasoning to taste.
