  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

    Combine all ingredients in a processor and mix.

    Place in a casserole dish and cover.

    Bake for 20-30 minutes.

    You may want to take the cover off for a few minutes to make the top more crusty.
